PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement high reliability by radiating the heat of a transmitting/ receiving device to be mounted to an underwater acoustic device. SOLUTION: A tapered heat sink fixing part 3 for fixing the side surfaces and outer shell 2 of a transmitting/receiving device 1 and a reversely tapered heat sink variable part 4 are added. By making the screw torque of a screw 8 for fixing the heat sink variable part 4 uniform, the contact surfaces between the transmit/receive device 1, the heat sink fixing part 3, and the heat sink variable part 4 are supported by a uniform contact pressure. By this, it is possible to secure the heat transferring path of the transmitting/receiving device 1, to make a heat resistance value small, and to support the side surfaces of the transmitting/receiving device 1.
