PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure his mind at rest without taking care of staples by eliminating troubles caused by a main body separated from spare staples without deteriorating usability of a stapler currently on the market. SOLUTION: A spare staple storage container 5 or a spare staple storage pocket is provided on a stapler. For integrating a main body with spare staples, a special staple case is formed. For the staple case, perforations for cutting are formed in folded parts at the front and the back in a manufacturing process of an inner box, an outer box is removed before storage, the folded part of the inner box closer to an opening part 6 is cut at the perforations, thereby the spare staples can be stored as they are set in the inner box as a cassette system to be employed.
