PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the transportation work of a sandbag greatly in a sandbag formation machine manufacturing a sandbag used as a water stop means when water overflows. SOLUTION: A sandbag formation machine consists of an earth and sand pressure feeding device 2 which pressurizes earth and sand A and feeds it by compressed air B, a hose 3 transporting the earth and sand A, a bag filling work bench 4 filling the earth and sand A into a bag C, and a binding device 5 which is provided on the work bench and binds a mouth part of the bag C in which the earth and sand A is filled by a binding tool D. The earth and sand pressure feeding device 2 is installed at site of the earth and sand, and the bag filling work bench 4 and the binding device 5 are installed through the hose 3 at site of water overflowing.
