PURPOSE: Chicken broth containing mulberry leaves, branches or roots adding ginkgo nuts is provided, which has reach flavor with stock prepared and tender chicken, promotes health and prevents disease of adult people. CONSTITUTION: Mulberry chicken broth is made by boiling 1.5-2l of water in a kettle, putting 500-1500g of a cleaned chicken into the kettle after removing the insides, adding about 200-500g of leaves, branches or roots of mulberry and 10 ginkgo nuts, and boiling the mixture at 100°C for 2.5hours or boiling with adding one more of glutinous rice, chestnut or pine nuts. |
