CONSTITUTION: Mulberry chicken broth is made by boiling 1.5-2l of water in a kettle, putting 500-1500g of a cleaned chicken into the kettle after removing the insides, adding about 200-500g of leaves, branches or roots of mulberry and 10 ginkgo nuts, and boiling the mixture at 100°C for 2.5hours or boiling with adding one more of glutinous rice, chestnut or pine nuts.
