The roller blind has a roller for the blind-fabric rotarily mounted between two side bearing angle-pieces (4). The blind (5) is guided from the front side of the roller (3) facing away from the window or door to a bottom deflector bar (9) extending between the two bearing angle-pieces. The blind is guided by means of at least one front deflector body (7,8) extending between the two bearing angle pieces and positioned apart from the front side of the roller.
