PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient rice cooker with better cooking by providing an apparatus body with a plurality of rice cookers to move the cookers facing a rice washer vertically. CONSTITUTION:A first rice cooker 6 is separated relatively from below a rice washer 21 with the movement of the first rice cooker 6 relative to the first rice cooker 6 and the second rice cooker 7 is made to face to a point below a rice discharging opening 26 of the rice washer 21 with a relative movement of the body and the first rice cooker 6 is shifted to the rice cooking process to feed the rice weighed in the rice washer 21. Then a washing of rice is performed. During the rice cooking process, the rice is washed and the first rice cooker 6 finished with the cooking of rice is taken out of the apparatus body. Utilizing this time zone, the washed rice weighed is fed into the second cooker 7 and the rice washer 21 and the second rice cooker 7 are separated with a relative movement thereof. The third rice cooker 8 is moved relatively to face a point below the rice discharge opening 26 vertically and is made to stand by to receive the rice weighed. This enables the cooking of rice efficiently utilizing time zones in the processes of weighing, washing and cooking rice. |
