PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient bend resistance and high durability over a wide temperature range by specifying the rate of the X ray diffraction peak intensity of an insulating layer and stacked copper foil in a face (111/200) and a face (311/200). SOLUTION: A cover layer C formed of the two layers of plastic for a cover layer CP and an adhesive layer CAd is stacked on a base material B formed of the three layers of a plastic film for base material BP, an adhesive layer BAd and copper foil M. In the base material B, the monomer solution of polyamide acid solution is formed, dried and cured on copper foil without the aid of the adhesive layer and a polyimide film and the like can directly be stacked on the plastic film for base material. The rate of the peak intensity of the X-ray diffraction of stacked copper foil is set not more than 2/100 in a face (111/200) or a face (311/200). Since large durability is shown under a wide use condition from a room temperature to a high temperature, performance and mobility can be improved.
