<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the plant monitor and control equipment which can properly output information relating to monitor information if serious abnormality occurs to a monitored object. SOLUTION: Monitor and control devices (13) are provided which input monitor information sent out of mutually connected monitored devices 21, displays and prints the states of those devices 21 or combinations of the devices 21, and also controls those monitored devices 21. Further, a specific abnormality monitor means 24 monitors serious abnormal states of the monitored devices 21 and a dynamic function allotting means 26 dynamically puts the monitor and control devices 13 in partial charge of a monitoring function according to the information from the specific abnormality monitor means 24.</p> |
