PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device and method of a lenticular lens sheet with which decrease in the tramsittance (luminance) of a lens sheet will not be caused, even when a diffusing agent is mixed into a Fresnel lens sheet which constitutes a transmission type screen with the lenticular lens sheet, or even when the observation side of the Fresnel lens sheet is designed as a condensing system. SOLUTION: Exposure beam (parallel rays) emitted from an exposing device 14 are passed through and diffused by the respective convex lenses 15a of an exposure beam diffusing sheet 15, then passed through the respective entrance lenses 22 disposed in the incident light side of a film base material 21 to expose a resist layer formed on the surface of a film base material 21 where the light outgoes. Or a linear Fresnel lens sheet 17, having plural linear Fresnel lenses 17a, is disposed in the preceding or succeeding stage of the exposure beam diffusing sheet 15 so that the beams are passed, diffused and tilted through the convex lenses 15a on the exposure beam diffusing sheet 15 and through the respective linear Fresnel lenses 17a on the linear Fresnel lens sheet 17, and that the resist layer formed on the film base material 21, where light exits is exposed to the beam through the entrance lenses 22 formed on the side of the film base material 21 where light enters.
