PURPOSE: A fat emulsion containing a xanthine derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt is provided which presents adenosine A1 antagonistic activity and has an action of coercion, diuresis, bronchodilation, brain-function improvement, and anti-dementia. CONSTITUTION: A fat emulsion comprising a xanthine derivative represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 and R2 represent each independently substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl, and Q represents hydrogen, hydroxyl or substituted hydroxyl. |
