A packing device that reduces the number of parts required for packing and makes packing possible at low processing cost and that has a buffer function and a storage strength provided by a single part superior in operability and protectability for material handling. In Fig. 2, the packing device comprises a sheet of cardboard (1) having five creased faces (5), and sheets of cardboard (3) having a plurality of creases and cut lines, the sheets of cardboard (3) being pasted at pasting margins (6, 7) to opposite sides of the sheet of cardboard (1), thereby integrating them in the form of a smooth sheet.
