INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE WITH BUILT-IN DLL CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: An integrated circuit with a built-in DLL circuit is provided to improve an accuracy of a phase adjustment of a DLL circuit by providing an independent external power to the DLL circuit. CONSTITUTION: An external terminal(31) is connected to a chip pad(27) of a chip(25) through a package lead(29) and a bonding wire(28). The chip(25) has a DLL circuit(1) and a memory circuit(26). The memory circuit(26) has a decoder(DEC), a memory cell array(MCA), a sense amplifier(SA), an input buffer(3), and an output buffer(2). First external powers(Vcc1, Vss1) are provided to the DLL circuit(1). Second external powers(Vcc2,Vss2) are provided to circuits except for the DLL circuit(1).
