<p>An automatic machine (10) for preparing drinks from a soluble product and a liquid, these being mixed in a special chamber (29) in order to produce the drink, in which valve members (30, 55, 62) control the access of the measure of soluble product to the mixing chamber (29), the feeding of the liquid to the mixing chamber (29) and the emptying of the mixing chamber (29) to the exterior, which machine is fitted with a motor (31) rotating in a single direction of rotation and, for the control of the valve members (30, 55, 62), a control member (35, 59) operated by the motor (31) via mechanisms (76, 33, 34) that convert the rotary movement of the motor (31) into reciprocating movement of the control member (35, 59), in such a way that the control member (35, 59) opens and closes the valve members (30, 55, 62) by its movement.
