PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milling device of a rice milling machine by which polished rice of high quality to which no rice bran is stuck and from which a germ has been sufficiently removed and whose surface has a gloss and which excels in a taste can be obtained. SOLUTION: On the grain sending side of a milling part 1 for grinding the surface of fed grain to polish the grain, a agitating and milling part 20 for, while agitating the polished grain in the milling part 1, further grinding the surface thereof is installed. The milling part 1 is provided with a milling rotor 3, and the agitating and milling part 20 is provided with an agitating rotor 21. The milling rotor 3 and the agitating rotor 21 are integrally rotated. The inner peripheral surface of an outer cylinder surrounding the agitating rotor 21 of the agitating and milling part 20 is made a sew tooth-shaped part 24 of such a form that it opposes the agitating and moving direction of the grain by the agitating rotor 21.
