PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize data exchange between two data streams whose contents are the same or similar, without making errors or losing data in particular. SOLUTION: When the time offsets of two data streams are compared and the time offsets between the two data streams (d1 and d2) are compensated, the 1st compared data stream (d1) is switched to the 2nd compared data stream (d2). A switching equipment for performing this includes a comparator circuit, which compares the time offsets of the two data streams (d1 and d2), a compensator 4 for compensating the time offsets and an exchange S which switches the 1st compared data stream (d1) to the 2nd compared data stream (d2), when the time offsets are compensated.
