PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tiller capable of preventing of grasses or straws by enlarging the outside diameter of a dustcover so as to approach eccentric claws attached to a cross rotor or the like slantingly mounted to the tiller axle. SOLUTION: A dustcover 43 to prevent coiling of grasses or straws, is directly attached to a claw holder 37a on which tilling claws such as eccentric claws 42a or the like are mounted and which is fixedly attached to a cross rotor 35 or the like slantingly mounted to the tiller axle 31, and the dustcover 43 is extended to almost a top end of the claw holder 37a.
