PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely apply desired power voltage without applying abnormal voltage to measured IC in a power supply circuit supplying power to measured IC by installing an operation timing setting circuit setting the respective operation timings of respective relays. SOLUTION: An operation timing setting circuit setting the respective operation timings of respective relays is installed. The power supply circuit 1 generates input voltage amplified so that it becomes a prescribed voltage value with the power pin of measured IC 30 by a negative feedback amplifying circuit constituted of an input resistor 3, a feedback resistor 4, a force amplifier 5 and a sense amplifier 6. When a delay circuit 11 inputs a relay control signal 10 delayed by prescribed time to a relay 9 in the power supply circuit 1, the relay 9 is turned on at prescribed time. The feedback loop of the negative feedback amplifying circuit is closed at a point C and the power supply circuit 1 applies the precise voltage of one volt to the point C after prescribed time.
