发明名称 DEAERATOR CONTROLLER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control the water level in a deaerator when a plant load abruptly changes, by adding the flow rates of heating steam and the drain of a high-pressure feed water heater to the flow rate of the condensate flowing in the deaerator at the inlet of the deaerator, and adding the flow rate of circulated low-pressure cleaning-up water to the flow rate of the water flowing in the deaerator. SOLUTION: The flow rate value of heating steam which flows in a deaerator 12 is measured by means of a heating steam flow rate detector 91 and its transmitter 92, and the flow rate value of the drain of a high-pressure feed water heater is measured by means of a drain flow rate detector 93 and its transmitter 94. The flow rate of the water flowing in the deaerator 12 is decided by adding the measured values to the measured value of the condensate flowing in the deaerator 12 measured by means of an inlet condensate flow rate detector 72 and its transmitter 73. On the other hand, the flow rate of the water flowing out of the deaerator 12 is decided by adding the measured value of circulated low-pressure cleaning-up water measured by means of a cleaning-up water flow rate detector 95 and its transmitter 96 to the measured value of a boiler inlet feed water flow rate detector 74 and its transmitter 75. Therefore, the accuracy of the flow rates of the flowing-out/in water of the deaerator 12 is improved.
