PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill hot water in a bathtub without reversely feeding in a filtering tank and to facilitate a combustion control at the time of thermal sterilization. SOLUTION: A first motor driven three-way valve 70 is set to the state for communicating a connecting port 13 with a connecting port 72. A motor driven five-way valve 80 is set to the state for communicating a fourth connecting port 81 to an eighth connecting port 85 and communicating a sixth connecting port 83 to a seventh connecting port 84. A second motor driven three-way valve 90 is set to the state for communicating a ninth connecting port 91 to an eleventh connecting port 93. Thus, a circulating route passing a filtering tank 110, a circulating pump 57 and a heat exchanger 12 is formed. A communicating tube 44 branched at an output side of a hot water supply channel 30 is combine with a reheating return pie 52 of bathtub water at a position 57 not contained in the hot water channel. A thermal sterilization executing unit 121 opens a hot water pouring switching valve 46 while circulating water in the route, and burning a burner 11 to simultaneously sterilize and fill the tank 110. Since heat is absorbed to the hot water supply side during the sterilization, continuous combustion can be performed.
