PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve job efficiency and a business result by judging the continuing and stopping of the sale of merchandise through the use of sales data of merchandise within a selected fixed period. SOLUTION: A merchandise sale continuing/stopping means compares a fixed-period sale continuation judging object value St1r, which is calculated by a fixed-period sale continuation judging object value calculating means formed of a ROM 22 housing a fixed-period sale continuation judging object value calculation controlling program and a CPU 21 executing this, and a fixed- period sale continuation judging reference value St1s fixed in advance with each other. As the result of the comparing, the sale continuation is judged in the case of St1r>=St1s but stoppage of sale is judged in the case of St1r<St1s. Thus, job efficiency and the business result can remarkably be improved. |
