PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wrapped and fried snack food which has an excellent taste and an excellent texture and in which a delicious ingredient oozed out from pork pieces is sufficiently impregnated into ingredients without leaking out the delicious ingredient, by wrapping the ingredients with the thinly sliced pork pieces, further covering the wrapped product with an edible skin material and then frying the product. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a wrapped and fried snack food comprises wrapping ingredients such as finely cut green peppers and carrots with thinly sliced pork pieces, covering the wrapped product with an edible skin material such as the skin of an egg roll, further breading the covered product, and then frying the breaded product. Therein, it is preferable to beat the surface of the thinly sliced pork piece, put the finely cut ingredients on the beat surface of the pork piece, and then wrap the ingredients with the pork piece, or to superpose the edge portions of the two thinly sliced pork pieces, put the finely cut ingredients the pork pieces, and then wrap the ingredients with the pork pieces.
