PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an instant response to a demand of data presentation from an outside by successively grasping treatment status by obtaining treatment data of a to-be-treated object and inputting the treatment data to a data base for each treatment in a system performing a series of treatments from arrival to shipment. SOLUTION: An input section 1 inputs data to a data base 8 and is provided with a portable terminal device 100m, a bar code reader 100n and the like. A weight measurement section 2 is provided with a loading bay 200m or the like. Further, an arithmetic and logic section 3 carries out arithmetic operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and the like on weight data and a load handling time measurement section 4 and a dismantling time measurement section 5 respectively measure time required for handling loads and time required for manual dismantling, and a post-manual-dismantling weight measurement section 6 and a power measurement section 7 are respectively measure weight of waste after manual dismantling and power of a factory. An output section 9 outputs each data stored in the data base 8, and in the concrete, a printer 1000f, a display 1000b or the like is provided. |
