PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized microwave oscillator provided with low phase noise characteristics. SOLUTION: By using a resonance circuit for which a tip open stab 13a provided with the length of (2n-1)/4 wavelength decided by a certain phase constant β and provided with a phase constant smaller than the phase constant βfor a sufficiently small amount compared to the phase constant β and the tip open stab 13b provided with the same length as the tip open stab and provided with the phase constant larger than the phase constant β for the sufficiently small amount compared to the phase constant β are parallelly connected, this small-sized microwave oscillator provided with the low phase noise characteristics is obtained. |
