PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-output data by inputting input starting signals or re-output counter reset signals, providing a function for resetting a count value to zero, inputting the output starting signals from the outside thereby reading a counter value and reading a re-output count value. SOLUTION: When data within a recording device are invalid, re-output starting signals 0 are inputted to a re-output control circuit 7 from an external recording device, a re-output counter value P is read from a re-outputting counter 8, and output signals I are outputted to an output circuit 6. In the output circuit 6, output finish signals L are outputted to the re-output control circuit 7 after reading reading data J from a head address of a memory 3, and outputting output data K. In the re-output control circuit 7, the output finish signals I equivalent to the number of times of the re-output counter value P are outputted, the output finish signals L equivalent to the number of times of the re-output counter value P are inputted from the output circuit 6, and the re-output counter reset signals Q are outputted by recognizing a finish of re-output.
