PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scattering in performance among electrodes and to improve the manufacturing efficiency by flattening the surface of an electrode system by a pressing process. SOLUTION: Both the surfaces of a resin sheet 100 where a plurality of lead wire parts and electrode systems are printed through an electrode formation process are inserted between rollers 101 and 102 made of steel for pressing. In this case, the surface of each electrode system being formed at the resin sheet 100 is pressed and a projecting part being formed on the surface of each electrode system is crushed. As a result, the surface of each electrode system after passing between the rollers 101 and 102 becomes a flat surface with nearly uniform roughness. Therefore, an enzyme electrode being formed through the press process does not fluctuate. Further, the press process is made by passing the resin sheet 100 between the rollers 101 and 102, working time can be reduced and the number of processes can be reduced as compared with a conventional polishing process. |
