PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin probe that enables durability to be improve by improving the restoring force of a shaft and to provide a current supply device. SOLUTION: A titanium alloy with a strong restoring force is employed for a material of a shaft 12, a pipe 15 is provided in the inside of a bearing 14, the shaft 12 formed thin is inserted to the pipe 15 so as to allow the pipe 15 to support the shift 12 with respect to the pin probe and the current supply device.
