PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb a slack of a roving in a set of divided rovings by constituting so that dancer mechanisms between an impregnating unit and a delivery eye respectively correspond to sets of the rovings. SOLUTION: Three dancers are, for example, provided between a delivery eye 13 and an impregnating unit. Eight rovings are divided into two, four and two sets. The sets of the rovings 15 are controlled in a tension change by separate dancer mechanisms. The rovings 15 are wound on a mandrel 14 and molded in the state that the rovings 15 are bundled to a width or below disposed in parallel at a predetermined interval at the unit output side and disposed at the unit output side at the eye 13 input side. The thus constituted apparatus can absorb a slack of the uneven rovings between the unit and the eye 13 brought about during operating of the eye 13 at the time of filament winding or during the operating of the winding apparatus.
