PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable pressure-contact force of a first rotary body with a second rotary body. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 12a of a second register roller 12 is supported on a frame 13 of a device main body so as to turn freely, a rotary shaft 11a of a first resister roller 11 is inserted into an insertion hole of a register roller support body 14 and is supported so as to rotate freely, and the support body 14 has an engaging groove 14a engaged with the frame 13 and is slidably engaged in the direction in which the rotary shaft 11a of the first register roller 11 is connected to the rotary shaft 12a of the second register roller 12. In this support body 14, the rotary shaft 12a of the second register roller 21 is rotatably inserted therein and is supported thereon, and a long hole 14b having a larger length than a slide amount of the register roller support body 14 is provided therein.
