PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the rigidity of a hood molding, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A receiving member 3 extending in the vehicle width direction is provided along a forward edge of a vehicle hood panel 2, and an upper surface of a forward side edge 31 of the receiving member 3 is located approximately as high as an upper surface of the forward edge of the hood panel 2. A rear side edge 32 of the receiving member 3 is fixed to an inner panel 21 of the vehicle hood panel 2. A hood molding 1 is formed rectangular, and the hood molding 1 is joined along the upper surface of the forward side edge 31 of the receiving member 3 and the upper surface of the forward edge of the vehicle hood panel 2 so as to be stretched therebetween.
