PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gusset bag formed of a laminate film from partially expanding by providing small holes on a gusset folded inward or outward and causing heat-sealable faces to face each other via the small holes to form a partially heat-sealed part. SOLUTION: The gusset bag 30 is formed with a hut-seamed back lining on the back and with gussets B, B' at both sides. An internal face of the gusset B is a heat-sealed face, while an external face is a non-heat-sealed face. Such a gusset bag 30 is formed with two small holes 22, 23 on each of intersections with the gussets B, B' and an end seal 18 and with two small holes 26, 27 on intersections of the gussets B, B' and a user seal 21. Heat sealing is possible via the small holes when the user seal 21 is formed, so that the gussets B, B' may be prevented from expanding or turned up when an article is received inside.
