<p>PURPOSE: A Q switch type laser device is provided to perform an optimum modulation control according to the amount of a real accumulated excitation energy by controlling a modulation factor of a Q switching on the basis of an accumulated time. CONSTITUTION: A Q switch laser device performs a control for an optimum Q switching modulation according to the amount of an accumulated real excitation energy of a laser oscillator(19). The Q switch laser device comprises a laser oscillator(19), a power supply(20), a high frequency oscillator(38), a reference pulse generator(32), an accumulated time display(46), a modulation factor generator, a modulator(40), and a Q switch driver(29).</p> |
