SILICON STEEL SHEET WITH LOW IRON LOSS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve iron loss characteristic to a great extent by properly controlling the crystalline grain structure of a silicon steel sheet. SOLUTION: In the silicon steel sheet containing 1.0-8.0 wt.% Si, the average crystalline grain size computed while excluding fine crystalline grains of <=1 mm grain size by circle-equivalent diameter is regulated to >=3 mm by circle- equivalent diameter and also the frequency of existence of superfine crystalline grains of O.03-0.30 mm grain size in the cross section in a steel sheet thickness direction is regulated to (3 to 200) pieces/mm2.
