PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To better balance the current between elements, miniaturize a power- converting device, reduce its price, eliminate the need for operation, and individually classify the size of the blocking layer voltage of the semiconductor elements, by performing wiring so that the mutual inductance between wiring from the AC side of a bridge circuit to the semiconductor device of each arm becomes nearly equal. SOLUTION: An arrangement is made so that the interval between connection conductors 41 and 42, that between connection conductors 41 and 43, that between connection conductors 43 and 44, and that between connection conductors 42 and 44 become equal. As a result, the interval between the connection conductors 41 and 44 and that between the connection conductors 42 and 43 also become equal and mutual inductances M41-42, M41-43, M43-44, and M42-44 become nearly equal and also the mutual inductances M41-44 and M42-4 become nearly equal. Therefore, when current flowing to thyristors 11-14 changes with time, the difference in each current becomes small. Especially, by setting equal the amount of change in current flowing to the thyristors 11-14 with time, the partial responsibility of each current can be nearly balanced.
