The procedure comprises a filling unit (3) that enables the simultaneous filling of a number of vessels. The flow rate of the delivered product is measured as is the number or vessels within the flow line. A theoretical fill flow rate can be generated and compared to the actual fill flow rate. Adjustments can be made to the filling apparatus accordingly. An Independent claim is included for an installation for implementing the described procedure
