PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a product with excellent sealability by casting a liquid-like curable compound in a tape molding method and then covering a range of sealing at least a pour-spout with a film-like material. SOLUTION: In a tape molding method, first a pouring needle is pierced into a sticky tape 2 surface of a mold for manufacturing a plastic, and a monomer is poured in the mold. Then, a hole (a) pour-spout) 7 opened by the needle is sealed, for example, by a polyvinylidene chloride of a film-like material 8. Thereafter, it is polymerized under predetermined conditions. At this time, the material 8 contains a polyvinylidene chloride or a polyvinylidene fluoride as a main components. The range of sealing the hole 7 with the material 8 is a range capable of covering at least the hole 7 and preventing a flow-out of a raw material.
