PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an oscillating angle freely between 0 and the specified maximum angle. SOLUTION: An eccentric axis 6 is mounted eccentric from the rotation center on the end of a rotor 2 mounted on a main spindle 1. A clamp driving axis 3 is mounted on a disk 5 mounted on the eccentric axis 6 in such a position that it has the same eccentric distance from the center of the eccentric axis 6. A rotating disk 7 rotating along the external circumference of the rotor 2 is mounted so that the disk 5 and the rotating disk 7 are interlocked with each other by a gear-like interlocking mechanism. The rotor 2 and the rotating disk 7 are interlocked by a spring pressure mechanism or the like so that the rotor 2 and the rotating disk 7 may rotate together during normal oscillating movement and that they may rotate separately only when an oscillating angle is changed. When the rotating disk 7 is manually rotated and the clamp driving axis 3, integrated with the disk 5, rotates together and the distance between the center of the main spindle 1 and that of the clamp driving axis 3 can be adjusted between 0 and the specified maximum value. An oscillating angle therefore can be adjusted.
