PURPOSE: An intelligent network interworking system is provided to reduce expenses in building a separate intelligent network by using existing intelligent resources with a use of an intelligent network interworking system. CONSTITUTION: A service control part(110) includes a service creation environment(111) for producing an intelligent network service logic, a service logic library(112) and a service logic object(113) for storing and controlling the produced service logic, and a resources management function(114) having a function for managing resources of interworking service data (115) necessary for the intelligent network. A special resources part(120) includes a DNS function(121) for the internet, a unified message handler(122) for electronic mails, voice mails, and fax, a conversation function(123) between the intelligent network and the user, and a protocol modulation function(125). A service switching part(130) performs a function for connecting an intelligent network service user and the special resources in the iintelligent network interworking system(INIS). the network matching part(140) has a matching function interconnected to the INIS. A system operation management part(150) manages system operations through a computer(40) and performs necessary statistic processes.
