In the preferred embodiment described in the specification, a series of enclosures (20) are mounted on a platform which is supported from a ship's hull structure by isolation mounts. Each enclosure (20) includes power conversion modules (26) and is supplied with power cables (30), cooling liquid pipes (32) and control lines from a panel (24) forming a back wall of the enclosure.
