PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth acceleration at the time of low-speed traveling and the strong acceleration at the time of high-speed traveling by increasing the open degree of throttle of an engine in response to the increase of the open degree of operation of an acceleration pedal, and limiting the increased variable of the open degree of throttle in relation to the increase of the open degree of operation of the acceleration pedal at the time of low-speed traveling. SOLUTION: A TCU 14 controls the operation of a driving motor 13 so as to drive a throttle valve 12 while detecting the output of the open degree TPR of throttle of a throttle position sensor 19, and optimally adjusts the intake air variable from an air cleaner. At this stage, when the car speed V is lower than the predetermined value, an ECU 15 indicates a target throttle open degree TPT lower than the value corresponding to the acceleration open degree AP indicated by a driver to the TCU 14. When the car speed V raises to the predetermined value or more, the ECU 15 indicates the target throttle open degree TPT corresponding to the acceleration open degree AP indicated by a driver.
