PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and to improve assembly workability and recycle ability, in a floor type air-conditioning unit. SOLUTION: The body part of a fan housing 22a and a drain pan 28 are integrally molded by using foamed styrol. A piping press plate to fix the piping of a beat-exchanger 4 is insert-molded. Left and right heat insulation plates 38 and 39 formed of a foamed styrol plate are arranged at the side of the heat-exchanger 4. Support pieces 40 and 41 to support the side of the heat- exchanger 4 are arranged on the inner surfaces of the two heat insulation plates 38 and 39. A plate 43 to support the bottom of the heat-exchanger 4 is insert- molded at the lower parts of the two heat insulation plates 38 and 39. A partition plate 48 consisting of a foamed styrol plate is arranged between the heat- exchanger 4 and a front panel. A plurality of grooves 49 to securely nip a wiring are formed integrally with the partition plate 48 in the front of the partition plate 48. |
