PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assembling process and also to make the operation force stable by holding a control substrate for controlling rice cooking heat and also an operation display part for operating and displaying energizing between upper and lower frames. SOLUTION: A main body is formed by the ring-shaped upper frame 30 with an open top and the cylindrical lower frame 31. A projection frame 32 being an inner pot storing part is arranged inside the main body. The protection frame 32 is formed by a nonmetal material to be a blind cylinder and also the upper end part of the protection frame 32 is engaged with the inner circumference of the upper end part of the upper frame 30. Then, the control substrate 43 is attached to the protection frame 32, thereby an energizing state to an induction coil 35 and the input/output of the signal of an operation substrate 44 are controlled. The operation display part for protecting the operation substrate 44 and also for executing the operation and display is held between the upper and lower frames 30 and 31. Thus, the operation substrate 44, the operation display part 45 and the lower frame 32 or the like are easily assembled from a main body bottom with the upper frame 30 as a base.
