SOLUTION: A communication terminal 10 is provided with a control part 11 and a storage part 12, an operation part 13, a transmitting part 14, a receiving part 15, and an informing part 16 which are respectively connected to the control part 11, and a ticket issuing machine 20 includes a control part 21 and a receiving part 22, a transmitting part 23 and a ticket issuing part 24 which are connected to the control part 21. Ticket issue request information is transmitted from the transmitting part 14 by operating the operation part 13, the transmitted information is received by the receiving part 22 and ticket issue information including a fare is transmitted from the transmitting part 23 and received by the receiving part 15. The informing part 16 informs of the ticket issue information and the ticket issue part 24 issues a ticket.
