<p>A hand washing and drying apparatus (10) comprises a washing and drying chamber (12) including at least one access port (26) providing access for inserting at least one hand to be washed, a wash liquid dispenser (16) in fluid communication with the interior of the washing and drying chamber (12) for dispensing wash liquid within the washing and drying chamber (12), a blow dryer (36) in fluid communication with the interior of the washing and drying chamber (12) for providing a directed supply of drying air within the washing and drying chamber (12), a towel dispenser (38) in communication with the interior of the washing and drying chamber (12) for dispensing a towel (40), e.g., a disposable paper towel, within the chamber, and a waste disposal unit (22) for disintegrating a spent towel (40) dispensed from the towel dispenser (38) and exhausting disintegrated waste through a drain (35).</p> |
