PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front fork of a two wheeler improving frequency responsibility of vibrational acceleration in addition to a vibration absorbing system by a spring and an oil damper. SOLUTION: An air chamber 13 in an outer tube 2 and an outer air chamber 16 are communicated to each other through a communicating passage 15 furnished with an orifice on a front fork 1 of a two wheeler on which the outer tube 2 and an inner tube 3 are fitted on each other free to slide, a piston rod 11 one end of which is fastened on an end member of the outer tube 2 coaxially extends in the outer tube 2 and inserted into the inside of a working oil chamber 8 of the inner tube 3 through a bearing member 7, a piston 12 with an orifice provided on a head end of the piston rod 11 is fitted in the working oil chamber 8 free to slide and a spring 14 is interposed between an end member 10 of the outer tube 2 and the bearing member 7 in the air chamber 13 in the outer tube 2.
