PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize improvement of performance and reduction of cost through a new type circuit structure of an ultra-low frequency power supply. SOLUTION: A modulation voltage depending on the reference power supply 11 (0.1 Hz) of an AC switching regulator 2 is applied to a high voltage transformer from a commercial frequency power supply 1, thereby flowing its second current through semiconductor devices 15, 16 which are serially connected in the opposite polarities with each other, a resistor 20 and a capacitor 21 in view of generating a secondary voltage corresponding to the reference power supply voltage across the capacitor 21. Each gate signal of semiconductor devices 15, 16 is alternately transmitted depending on positive and negative polarities and increase or decrease of the reference power supply voltage via the AND, OR circuits of synchronous signals of commercial frequency and reference power supply frequency and insulating circuits 13, 14. As a result, one gate signal generates the above voltage with the switching operation, while another generated the above voltage with the rectifying operation by free wheel diode 17 or 18. Moreover, two sets of semiconductor devices connected in series and capacitor form a Cockcroft circuit go generate ultra-low frequency voltage of high voltage through combination of gate signals.
