PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove dust even in the case where the dust intrudes between an operating panel and a decorative laminated sheet in the operating panel of such a kind as an escutcheon panel. SOLUTION: In an escutcheon panel 1, a ventilation path 5 having at least two ventilation ports 6 exposed thereto is formed at a groove 3 to which a decorative laminated sheet 8 formed into a recess is fixed on the entire circumference of a window 2, to which an LCD display is exposed. In the case where dust intrudes between the escutcheon panel 1 and the decorative laminated sheet 8, air is blown, thereby removing the dust from the ventilation ports 6 through the ventilation path 5.
