WRITING INSTRUMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument for improving comfortableness of controlling a touch and grasping by grasping to insert a flexible elastic material having more adaptability and co-molding a frame assembly of a relatively hard injection molded plastic. SOLUTION: A grasping member 30 of a barrel 12 and a frame unit 16 of the barrel 12 are combined and co-molded so that outside grasping surfaces of the barrel 12 are formed. An axial hole is penetrated and extended at a writing medium member 34 to facilitate its marking, and externally extended through an end opening 20. The member 30 of the barrel 12 can contain many air gaps formed to improve its adaptability and flexible elasticity and to obtain a touch comfortableness. A hollow core member 26 is bendable to be able to change an axial hole 22 extended axially geometrically and through the barrel 12.
