MAT FOUNDATION PC BLOCK, PC MAT FOUNDATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC block for constructing a mat foundation of a building, the PC mat foundation making use of the PC block and a construction method thereof to reduce a construction period of time, curtail a construction cost and to equalize the mat foundation by labor saving of the execution of the mat foundation. SOLUTION: A mat foundation PC block 1 (1A) having an L-shaped vertical section is formed of a horizontal foundation slab constitution section 2 for constituting the peripheral section of a foundation slab and a vertical foundation beam constitution section 3. Then, sealing compound filling grooves constituted of the central deep groove 7 and shallow grooves on both sides are formed in the foundation slab constitution section 2 and both end faces of the foundation beam constitution section 3, and a bolt box 6 and joint metal fixtures 4 for connecting the adjoining mat foundation PC blocks 1 and 1 with high strength bolts are provided. A horizontal shear resistance groove is formed in the bottom side of the inside of the foundation beam constitution section 3.
