PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause the intercrystalline crack of a hydrogen releasing pipe and to keep temp. properly in a hydrogen discharging device in which gaseous hydrogen generated in a piping of an absorption refrigeration machine is released by permeating the gas from the inside of a hydrogen releasing pipe heated with a heater to outside. SOLUTION: The hydrogen releasing pipe 57 is made of palladium or a palladium alloy and its thickness (t) is 0.2-0.3 mm. A temp. controlling device 71 controlling the output of the heater 63 by the signal from a temp. sensor 68 provided at the hydrogen releasing pipe is provided. Moreover, when the proper voltage of the heater is not in agreement with power source voltage, the proper voltage is applied from the power source to the heater 63 by interposing a transformer 67.
