PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the manufacture of a stationary sleeve and its installation on a control shaft. SOLUTION: A stationary sleeve 1 is to restrict the changeover motion of a gear control shaft and is equipped with an apex 3 to allow formation of a coupling link 5 for restricting the changeover motion and a tube-shaped shaft section 4 coupled with the apex 3 and fixing the apex 3 to the control shaft 2. The apex 3 and shaft section 4 are formed from half shells 1a and 1b, which are welded together by their divisional planes.
